Courtney Haggard is the Founder and CEO of Cornerstone Strategy and Operations, specializing in aligning leadership, strategy, and execution for mission-driven organizations. She serves as an Executive Pastor of Connections, Community, and Operations and functions as a Human Resources officer, leading organizational strategy, team development, and internal systems. 

Courtney is a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership with a specialization in succession planning and brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience. As a veteran, she brings a disciplined, structured approach focused on clarity, alignment, and execution.
